- If you are within New Zealand and have not received your package within 5 working days after notification your package has sent please contact me immediately.
- Custom order turnover time is between 1-6 weeks depending on stock availability, I will keep you updated on progress and notify you when item is ready to ship.
- Payment is by NZ bank deposit, major credit cards and Laybuy.
- Custom orders require 50% non refundable deposit with the rest due upon commencement of order. Items advertised as “Available for purchase” require full payment at point of purchase.
