  • I only use New Zealand Post tracked shipping for New Zealand.
  • If you are in a country other than New Zealand, please contact me to confirm tracked shipping costs
  • Please contact me immediately atelier@anaz.nz if you notice your item damaged.
  • If you are within New Zealand and have not received your package within 5 working days after notification your package has sent please contact me immediately.
  • Custom order turnover time is between 1-6 weeks depending on stock availability, I will keep you updated on progress and notify you when item is ready to ship.
  • Payment is by NZ bank deposit, major credit cards and Laybuy.
  • Custom orders require 50% non refundable deposit with the rest due upon commencement of order. Items advertised as “Available for purchase” require full payment at point of purchase.
